Often, our blogs have taglines. But what if humans did, too? What would your tagline be?
Words are the true window to the soul.
That’s my tagline. For both myself and my blog (since, really, my blog is me).
Writing is personal. I write things that I could never tell another person, things I would never be able to find the right words (or the courage) to say. But typing it up on my laptop, turning it into a story or a poem, seems easier – it feels right. No matter what I’m writing about, there’s a piece of me in my work. I think there always tends to be a piece of the author in anything they’ve written. Even in fiction, the things people write can tell the reader more things about the author than the actual characters on the page.
